We are looking for Yale medical, nursing, physician associate, and public health students to join NHP! Learn how to take accurate blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight measurements while providing health screenings, education and improved access to care for low-income patient populations in the New Haven area.
We will email the four Yale health profession schools at the beginning of every semester when the NHP Volunteer Application becomes available.
Join our team as a medical preceptor! We are looking for doctors (MD and DO), nurse practitioners (APRN), and physician associates (PA) to join our team of interdisciplinary medical providers. Oversee medical, nursing, public health, and physician associate student volunteers as they perform blood pressure and blood glucose screenings for patients. Address abnormal blood pressure and glucose concerns as well as miscellaneous medical concerns from patients.
