At the Neighborhood Health Project, we offer free blood pressure checks to screen for hypertension, blood glucose checks to screen for diabetes, and general lifestyle and health counseling. Based on these services, we would like to offer patients and the general New Haven community access to educational resources about high blood pressure (hypertension) and high blood sugar (diabetes).
